About the role
We're scaling outbound sales. You'll be one of the first SDRs and have an outsized impact on what we build, who we target and how we sell.
Your day will mix research (finding the right targets), outreach (multi-channel cadences), and qualifying (running discovery calls). You'll book meetings for our AEs and own your own pipeline metrics.
Strong commission structure, top performers earn $90k+ OTE in year one.
What you'll do
Build target account lists from ICP definition
Run multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Book qualified demos for AEs
Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline data
Test new outbound playbooks and share what works
What we're looking for
1-3 years B2B SaaS sales experience
Strong written English, ideally also Ukrainian/Russian
CRM proficient (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Self-starter who can run their own pipeline without daily check-ins
