Frequently asked questions
Which platform should I choose?
Sales+Agents plans are for selling to and supporting customers in channels such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, email and the site widget, with a knowledge base, orders, CRM and follow-ups. Agents plans are for scheduled or triggered business routines with built-in and custom agents. UGC plans are for creating, publishing and advertising content, and Voice SDK plans are for embedding a voice assistant in your own website or app. The Sales Platform capacity listed on Agents and UGC plans does not add customer channels or an active sales assistant, and Voice SDK plans are separate from voice usage by a Sales assistant.
Which Sales+Agents tier fits my business?
Solo ($19/month) covers one connected channel, 200 AI replies and one active sales assistant, set up from Claude. Standard ($49) adds every supported channel, 600 replies, automated follow-ups, a pipeline and order management. Pro ($99) adds 1,200 replies, CRM and ERP integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix24, Kommo and KeyCRM, Google Calendar, Altegio and custom MCP servers. Multipro ($199) is for businesses with branches: it has 3,000 replies and several active sales assistants at once, while Standard and Pro keep one active assistant at a time.
Which plans have a trial period, and what does it include?
On the pricing page, Standard, Pro, Multipro and Corporate have a Start trial period button, as do all Agents, UGC and Voice SDK plans. Solo is picked directly with the Choose Solo button, and Support Packages use a Continue button. According to the docs, trials include 10,000 indexed products and 5,000 stored contacts. The trial lasts 3 days and comes with a small message allowance, enough to test your setup.
How are AI replies counted, and how does my AI model affect the limit?
Included replies are counted at the base model rate of $4 per 100 messages, so a more expensive model uses the allowance proportionally faster. At $8 per 100 you get half as many replies, and a $14-tier model uses 3.5 replies’ worth per answer. Voice conversations draw from the same allowance: on Standard, 600 replies equal 120 voice minutes on v3 Conversational or Multilingual v2, or 160 minutes on Flash v2.5. You pick the model on the AI Configuration page.
What happens when I run out of replies or voice minutes?
When your AI replies run out, you can top up extra messages at any time, from $40 per 1,000 depending on your AI model, or move to a tier with a bigger monthly allowance. On Voice SDK plans, minutes beyond the plan cost $0.20/min for v3 models or $0.15/min for Flash. On UGC plans, each social account beyond the included number costs $10 a month.
How are indexed items, catalog updates and contacts counted, and what does going over cost?
Indexed items are the products, FAQ and documents from all sources in your account. Each started 10,000 items above the included amount costs $5 a month. A price or stock change counts as 1 catalog update and a name, description or category change counts as 5; each started 250,000 updates above the included amount costs $5, billed once after the month ends. Contacts are stored leads from any channel, counted whether or not they wrote this month, and each started 1,000 above the included amount costs $2 a month; counts update daily, and you get a notification and an email the first time you go over.
How does the Agents Platform run budget work?
Plans include a monthly run budget for agents, for example $5 on Solo and Standard or $120 on Agents Ultra; it renews every month, and usage is metered at cost. Agents spend the included budget first and then your credit balance: unused budget does not roll over, while credits never expire, are pooled across all your agents and can be spent only while your plan is active. Spending stops when both the budget and your credits are used up, or when your plan lapses, in which case your credit is kept until you reactivate the plan. You can add credits on the Usage page with a $10, $25, $50 or $100 preset or a custom amount from $5 to $500.
Can I move to a higher plan later?
The pricing page says Solo users can upgrade to Standard at any time if they need a second channel or more replies. Pro, Multipro and Corporate each include everything in the tier below, plus the additions listed on the page. If you move to a plan with more included indexed items or contacts, the extra charge for going over shrinks or disappears automatically.
How much is annual billing?
Billed annually, the monthly price is lower: Solo is $15 instead of $19, Standard $45 instead of $49, Pro $89 instead of $99 and Multipro $179 instead of $199. Agents Starter, Plus and Ultra drop to $13.50, $44 and $116. UGC Content, Starter, Growth and Scale drop to $13.50, $62, $116 and $224. Voice SDK plans, Sales+Agents Corporate and Support Packages are listed with monthly prices only.
What does the Corporate plan include?
Sales+Agents Corporate costs $2999 a month. On top of everything in Multipro it adds 10,000 AI replies, custom integrations on request, a dedicated integration specialist and priority support. It also raises capacity to 100,000 indexed items, 3,000,000 catalog updates, 50,000 stored contacts and a $300 monthly run budget. Separate from that plan, Voice SDK Corporate ($499/month, 3,200 voice minutes) is for teams running voice across several live production apps, and the Corporate support package ($2000/month) adds system maintenance, a dedicated integration specialist and 9-5 business-hours support.
