Describe your business and its processes. The builder suggests roles, shows which tasks a MyChatBot agent can take and which stay with people, and estimates the hours it frees. Everything is calculated in your browser.
Each structure lists the roles of a typical small business, the tasks of every role, and what an AI agent does or does not cover.
A person is paid for about 168 hours a month, but only roughly a quarter of that is real work (20-32% in practice) and about 15% produces results. The rest is waiting, switching between tasks and meetings. These shares are assumptions you can change.
An AI agent works around the clock: about 730 hours a month, every one of them working. It takes the volume work: replies, follow-ups, drafts, reports. People keep judgement, negotiation, relationships and physical work.
The multiplier is 1 ÷ (1 − the share of work AI takes). If AI takes 80% of the volume work in sales, one person with AI handles what five people handled before: ×5. In the target scenario the share is set per department (sales up to 80%); a role with mostly human tasks gets proportionally less. Every share is a slider.
On top of that an agent works around the clock. A person covers about 40 of the 168 hours in a week, so staffing every hour by hand would take 4.2 shifts per seat. The page shows this as a separate block with its cost; it is not an extra multiplier, because a person is still the bottleneck for the share AI hands over.
Saves = paid hours × the cost of an hour (the average you enter at the start, adjusted by department) × the share of work AI takes. Earns = the margin from extra sales: faster replies and follow-ups add conversion, more content and campaigns add leads, calculated from your leads, average check, margin and conversion. AI cost = the plan plus replies beyond the included ones, at the prices on the pricing page.
The conservative scenario counts only what the product documentation supports today, by task status, and half of the assumed extra sales. The result is an estimate to discuss, not a forecast of revenue or headcount.
MyChatBot agents work through chats, calls, files and connected apps. These tasks stay with people or with other tools:
No. The description is matched against a keyword list in your browser, and nothing is sent to MyChatBot or anyone else.
The hours are our modelling assumptions for one typical full-time person in a small business, and the saved shares are defaults you can change with the sliders. Treat the result as an estimate to discuss, not a measurement.
No. The structure is built around people and AI agents working together: agents take repeatable work such as answering messages, follow-ups and reports, and people keep judgement, relationships, physical work and decisions.
No. Accounting, payroll, tax and legal work are not covered. Agents can at most log payments or invoice emails into a spreadsheet for your accountant.
Open the structure for your industry, pick the roles where agents cover the most hours and create an account. The structure lists which agent or routine does each task and what a person must set up.
From the formula 1 ÷ (1 − the share of work AI takes). It holds where AI takes about 80% of the volume work, for example replies and follow-ups in sales. In other roles the share is lower and so is the multiplier. The page shows the share and the formula next to every number.
They are illustrative figures for a small business, not statistics, and they are editable fields in the table. Replace them with your own and the savings recalculate.
Create an account, connect one channel and start with the roles where agents already cover the most hours.
