What MyChatBot integrations do

Integrations connect your MyChatBot AI agent to the business software you already use. With a CRM, calendar or spreadsheet connected, the agent can look up a customer, create a lead, book an appointment, record an order and keep funnel statuses in line with your CRM, all inside a normal conversation.

They are built for teams that sell and support customers in messengers, email, SMS or calls and don’t want managers retyping chat details into another system. Online stores send confirmed purchases to KeyCRM or SalesDrive, service businesses book clients into Altegio or Google Calendar, and sales teams keep leads and deals in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Bitrix24, Kommo or GoHighLevel.

Integrations are configured per assistant. If you run several agents, each one has its own connections, field settings and pipeline.

How an integration works in MyChatBot

  1. Pick the assistant. On the Integrations page, choose the agent in the header dropdown.
  2. Pick a tool. Tools are grouped into Order Management, CRM Systems, Hotel Management, Productivity & Scheduling and MCP Providers.
  3. Authenticate. Some tools use a one-click Connect through the provider’s own login screen, others ask for an API Key, Domain or Client ID and Client Secret. After Submit, the card shows a Connected chip.
  4. Choose what the agent may write. In Entities & Data Fields Configuration, turn on leads or deals, tick the exact fields, choose the pipeline and click Apply fields.
  5. Sync statuses. The Sync statuses button pulls your CRM funnel stages, so the agent moves records through stages that really exist.
  6. Describe the rules. Tell the agent in its instructions, in plain language, when to create a lead, open a deal or book a time. You don’t need to name any tools.

From then on the agent decides in each chat when to act. In most CRMs contacts are matched by phone number, which keeps duplicates down.

What the agent does in each CRM

An assistant can have one CRM connected at a time. Records the agent creates get a source tag, usually AI- plus the assistant’s name, and most integrations attach a link back to the chat.

  • KeyCRM creates and updates leads, creates orders with products, and adds or updates contacts. The KeyCRM Products panel indexes your catalog so the agent can recommend products in a chat.
  • SalesDrive creates deals with the contact and products, then updates them, including the pipeline status. A chat link is added as a comment on each deal.
  • Bitrix24 creates and updates leads, creates deals with products in the pipeline you selected, and creates or updates contacts. The chat link is stored in the comments and in a dedicated Chat Link field.
  • Kommo creates and updates deals in the chosen Deals Pipeline and adds or updates contacts, with the chat link attached as a comment.
  • Zoho creates and updates leads, opens deals with a contact and closing date, and adds contacts without opening a lead or deal.
  • Salesforce creates leads together with the contact and account behind them and updates those leads, creates deals as orders with products from your Pricebook, and adds contacts.
  • GoHighLevel opens deals (Opportunities) in the selected pipeline, moves them between stages, updates the deal value and adds contacts.
  • HubSpot creates and updates leads, creates deals with product line items, and creates or updates contacts.

The Integrations page also lists Sitniks, Monday, NetHunt, OneBox CRM and Odoo. For how records and statuses stay aligned, see CRM sync.

Calendars, spreadsheets, tasks and custom tools

Google Calendar

The agent schedules events with a title, description, attendee emails, start time, duration and time zone, checks that a slot is free before offering it, and cancels bookings. You choose exactly which calendars it may read and write.

Altegio

For appointment businesses, the agent lists services, staff and promotions, finds open time slots, recognizes returning clients by phone number, and books, reschedules or cancels appointments. Altegio, Wlaunch and Google Calendar are mutually exclusive for one assistant.

Google Spreadsheet

With Spreadsheet Orders, every column header in the first row becomes a field the agent collects before it writes a new row. MyChatBot adds Client ID, Order ID and Page ID columns, so you can see which channel each order came from. The rows also appear on the Orders page.

Task Manager

The agent files tasks linked to the lead or chat they came from. Your team works them on the Tasks page as a kanban board or a list, with priorities, assignees and optional Telegram reminders.

Custom MCP and connectors

For anything else, add a Custom MCP server with its name, URL and optional headers, then tick the tools the agent may use. Agents can also act in external apps such as Gmail, Slack or Notion through connectors.

Integrations work on any channel the assistant is connected to, including WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Telegram, email and SMS.

When a human takes over, and what to keep in mind

With the chat link on the record, a manager picks up a lead with full context. Hand-off Control sets how a chat moves to an operator: by a stop word or on any operator message, optionally without notifying the client. With Auto return on, the agent switches back on after 24 hours or a custom interval. More on human handoff.

Some limits come from the tools themselves:

  • Status names must match your CRM exactly. Run Sync statuses after any pipeline change, or stage updates will fail.
  • One CRM per assistant, and only one of Altegio, Wlaunch or Google Calendar.
  • In Salesforce, products in a deal must already exist in your Pricebook.
  • Google Spreadsheet column headers must use Latin characters only.
  • Google Calendar cancellations are most reliable in the same chat where the event was booked.
  • Some Altegio setups require an SMS confirmation code, which the agent asks the client for before finishing the booking.

How to set up an integration

  1. Open Integrations in the left sidebar and select the assistant.
  2. Pick the tool and fill in its form: for example your KeyCRM API key as the Access Token, Domain and API Key for SalesDrive or Kommo, Domain, Client ID and Client Secret for Bitrix24 or Salesforce, or Google sign-in for Google Calendar and Spreadsheet Orders.
  3. For a CRM, configure entities and fields, choose a pipeline, click Apply fields, then Sync statuses.
  4. Add plain-language rules to the agent’s instructions, using your exact status names.
  5. Test it: message the assistant on a connected channel, leave contact details or ask to book a time, and check that the record appears in the external tool.

Already connected the tool for another assistant? Use You can choose from established connection to copy it without entering credentials again. On the Standard plan only Spreadsheet Orders can be connected, other tools need a higher plan. Compare plans on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Which CRMs does MyChatBot integrate with?

MyChatBot has native integrations with KeyCRM, SalesDrive, Bitrix24, Kommo, Zoho, Salesforce, GoHighLevel and HubSpot. The Integrations page also lists Sitniks, Monday, NetHunt, OneBox CRM and Odoo. Other tools can be added through a Custom MCP server or agent connectors.

Can one agent use two CRMs at the same time?

No. An assistant can have only one CRM connected at a time, and the other CRM cards stay grayed out until you disconnect it. Altegio, Wlaunch and Google Calendar are also mutually exclusive. If you run several assistants, each one can connect its own CRM.

How do I tell which leads came from the AI agent?

Records the agent creates get a source tag, usually AI- plus the assistant’s name. In KeyCRM, and for HubSpot deals, the source is the channel name or AI. Most CRM integrations also add a link back to the conversation, so your team can open the chat that produced the lead or deal.

What exactly can the agent write into my CRM?

Only the entities and fields you enable in Entities & Data Fields Configuration. You can also require a phone number before the agent creates a lead, deal or contact. Fields you leave off are not touched.

Why does the agent fail to move a deal to the right stage?

Status values must match the stages in your CRM exactly. After renaming or changing pipeline stages, click Sync statuses so the agent works from the current list, and use the same names in the agent instructions.

Are integrations available on every plan?

On the Standard plan, or without an active plan, only Spreadsheet Orders can be connected. Other tools show a PRO chip until you upgrade. Tools that are already connected keep working.

Do I need to enter credentials again for each agent?

No. If another assistant already has the tool connected, pick that connection and MyChatBot copies it for the current assistant. Each assistant keeps its own copy, so fields, pipeline and sync settings can differ.
