Legal / Privacy Policy
How MyChatBot collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.
This MyChatBot Privacy Statement (“Statement”) describes how MYCHATBOT CORP, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States (“MyChatBot,” “we,” or “us”), collects, uses, processes, and shares the information of users of our Sites and Services (“you”), your rights and choices regarding that information, and how to contact us. By using our Sites or Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your personal information as described here. This Statement is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
In this Statement: “personal information” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. “Services” means the MyChatBot AI agent platform available at mychatbot.app after log-in, our products such as ProjectAI and UGC Studio, our developer platform and APIs, every update or derivative of them, and any related support. “Sites” means mychatbot.app, ai-project.app, ugc.mychatbot.app, and any other MyChatBot website, blog, social account, community, form, survey, or event that links to this Statement.
Our Sites are not directed at, and our Services are not intended for, children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you are under 16, do not use the Services or provide information to us.
We use personal information to: provide, operate, maintain, secure, and support the Sites and Services; process payments; communicate with you for administrative and (where permitted) marketing purposes; personalize your experience; market our products and partner programs; perform analytics and develop new features; manage customer and vendor relationships; aggregate or anonymize data for statistical and other purposes; make limited automated decisions to offer more relevant products and promotions; meet administrative, legal, and compliance obligations and enforce our agreements; and protect the integrity, availability, performance, and security of the Sites and Services, including enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy. Where required, we rely on a lawful basis such as contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation. We do not use the content you route through the Service to train foundation models, and we do not sell personal information.
Email. Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in them; you may still receive administrative messages about the Service. Cookies. Manage cookies in your browser and in our cookie settings. Advertising. Use the opt-out tools of our advertising partners and any ad-tracking settings on your device or operating system. Even if you opt out, you may still see non-personalized ads.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access your information (and in some cases receive or transfer it), request correction or deletion (subject to legal exceptions), restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, use the in-product tools or email team@mychatbot.app. We verify identity before responding, may act through an authorized agent with written permission, and may decline in whole or part where the law allows (for example, where we must retain information). Where available, you may appeal our decision, and EEA/UK residents may complain to their data-protection authority.
Our Sites and Services may link to or connect with websites, products, or services we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this Statement does not apply to them. Review their privacy policies before sharing information.
Security. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, taking into account the risks and nature of the data. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure, and we do not and cannot guarantee the security of any personal information. You are responsible for protecting your account and credentials.
Retention. As a rule of data minimization, we retain Customer Content and operational data for a maximum of two (2) months, after which it is deleted or irreversibly aggregated, except for billing and tax records, which the law requires us to keep longer, and any information we must retain to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Because of this short window, export anything you need to keep; you remain responsible for your own records and backups. See our Data Retention / Deletion / Export schedule.
International transfers. Information we collect is transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws. For data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use an adequate jurisdiction or appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved mechanism. See our Data Transfer Impact Assessment.
Where MyChatBot relies on the EU, US, Swiss, US, and UK Data Privacy Framework, we commit to process covered personal data in accordance with the applicable DPF Principles and to remain liable for onward transfers to third parties that process it inconsistently with those Principles. We commit to resolve DPF-related complaints and, where unresolved, to refer them to an independent U.S.-based dispute-resolution provider at no cost to you, with binding arbitration available as a last resort. See our EU, US Data Privacy Framework page.

Disputes are handled under the dispute-resolution process in your contract with us that references this Statement, for Service users, the Terms of Service or a signed Enterprise Agreement; for developer-platform users, the Developer & Partner Agreement; and for Site visitors, the Website Terms of Use.
We may update this Statement from time to time. We will post changes on this page and indicate the date of the latest revision at the top. Your continued use of the Sites or Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Statement.
