How long MyChatBot keeps data and how to export or delete it.
This schedule explains how long MyChatBot keeps data, how it is deleted, and how you can export it. It supports the Terms of Service and DPA.

| Customer Content (messages, generated Outputs, routed data, logs of activity) | Stored only as long as needed to provide the Service and in any event deleted no later than two (2) months after it is created or last processed. |
| Account & profile data | For as long as your Account is active. |
| Billing & tax records | As required by law (typically several years). |
| Security & diagnostic logs | A limited period not exceeding two (2) months, then deleted or irreversibly aggregated. |
| Inactive accounts | May be marked inactive and deleted after two (2) months without login or activity. |
When you delete Customer Content or your Account, we remove it from active systems within a defined window and from backups in the normal backup-rotation cycle, except where retention is required by law. Once your Account is deleted, Customer Content cannot be restored.
You can export your Customer Content from your Account at any time during your Subscription Term using the export tools in the product or our APIs. Export before deleting your Account, because access ends once the Account is deleted. Enterprise customers may request assistance with bulk export.
