Legal / Developer & Partner Agreement
Terms for building and publishing integrations on the MyChatBot platform.
This Developer & Partner Agreement governs your use of the MyChatBot developer platform, APIs, and tools to build, publish, or distribute integrations, agents, or templates (“Partner Content”) that connect to or extend the Service. By accessing the developer platform you agree to this Agreement and to the Acceptable Use Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access our APIs and developer tools solely to create and operate Partner Content that interoperates with the Service, in line with our Documentation and technical limits. You may not use the APIs to build a competing product or to circumvent usage limits.
You retain ownership of your Partner Content and are solely responsible for its development, security, legality, and support. You confirm you hold all rights needed to publish it and that it will not infringe third-party rights or violate any law. You grant us a licence to host, display, and make your published Partner Content available to users, and to use your name and logo to identify the integration.
When users connect your Partner Content, they authorize the flow of their data between the Service and your integration. You will access and use that data only as needed to provide your integration, protect it with appropriate safeguards, and handle it in accordance with applicable privacy law and your own published privacy terms.
We may review Partner Content for security, quality, and policy compliance, and may suspend or remove any integration that poses a risk, breaches this Agreement, or generates excessive errors or complaints, with notice where practical and immediately where necessary.
You may reference MyChatBot only as permitted by our Trademark Notice. We retain all rights in the Service, APIs, and our marks; you retain rights in your Partner Content.
The APIs and developer tools are provided “as is.” The disclaimers, indemnities, liability limits, confidentiality, governing-law, and dispute provisions of the Terms of Service apply to this Agreement. We may change or deprecate APIs with reasonable notice.
