This Notice explains how you may, and may not, use the MyChatBot name, logos, and other brand features (the “Marks”).

1. Our Marks

MYCHATBOT, the MyChatBot logo, PROJECTAI, UGC STUDIO, and related product names and logos are trademarks or service marks of MyChatBot. Third-party names and logos that appear in our materials belong to their respective owners.

2. Permitted reference use

You may use the word “MyChatBot” in plain text to refer accurately to our products, for example, to state that your integration “works with MyChatBot.” Such references must be truthful, must not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist, and must not be more prominent than your own brand.

3. Prohibited use

Without our prior written permission you may not: use the Marks in your company, product, domain, or social-media name; alter the logos or combine them with other marks; use the Marks in a way that is misleading or disparaging; or use them on merchandise. You may not register any mark or domain that is confusingly similar to ours.

4. Logos & brand assets

Use of our logos requires prior written approval and adherence to any brand guidelines we provide. Partners may receive specific permission under the Developer & Partner Agreement.
