MyChatBot connects to Viber through the E-Chat Viber channel: a Viber number run over E-Chat.tech, with no direct Viber Business API access required. Register the number in E-Chat.tech, paste the MyChatBot webhook URL into both webhook fields, then enter the API KEY and Phone under Channels. The agent then receives and replies to Viber messages automatically, and the Connect agent to this channel switch pauses it without disconnecting the number.

Natural Replies
Replies that read naturally in a Viber chat
People often send several short messages in a row, so Reply Delay waits 30 seconds by default and answers them together. Long answers are split into smaller chunks, links can go inline or as separate messages, and duplicate sends are blocked. Work Hours decides when the agent is on duty, and outside that window messages wait for your team instead of getting an away-reply.

Agreements from Viber chats land on the Tasks board
Connect the built-in Task Manager, and when a client raises something that needs action, the agent files a task tied to that client’s lead. Your team works those tasks on the Tasks page, in the New, In progress, Due today, Overdue and Completed columns. With Allow agent to self schedule follow-ups turned on, the agent can also queue its own reminder message, such as checking back with the client tomorrow.

Files, images and links in your Viber chats
The E-Chat Viber channel handles text, file attachments such as images and documents, links, and messages with line breaks. Reply & Tools settings control how links look in Viber: images can be sent without the source link, and Google Docs links can arrive as real attachments. When an operator replies by hand, the composer attaches images, documents or archives by button, paste or drag and drop.

Viber chats sorted by what needs a human
In Active chats, filter by the Viber channel or by Last message by Client to find conversations waiting on a reply, and type part of a phone number to find a chat with no saved name. A chat reaches the Attention tab when the agent asks for a human, and Flight Control can send that alert to your Telegram group with a link to the chat. Lead Supervisor can review recent chats on a schedule and fill in missing labels and funnel statuses.

Unlike bot channels, E-Chat Viber can send the first message, so it works for outreach to leads who have never written to you. Postponed contextual sequences message a client who went silent, targeted by funnel status and label, and a client reply stops the sequence. Immediate outreach campaigns and Lead Form Instant Outreach can also deliver through E-Chat Viber.

Quick Replies
Step in with AI drafts, templates and a clean handoff
In operator mode, Generate reply drafts an answer from the chat history and the agent instructions for you to review before sending, and typing / inserts a saved template with the client name filled in. Operator messages are labeled with a Manager: prefix. Handoff Control sets how the switch happens: a stop word or any operator message, an optional silent handoff, and an automatic return to AI after 24 hours or a custom interval.
