On your own Viber number, tone is everything
A brand bot can sound corporate and survive. An assistant answering from your own Viber number cannot: your contacts know how you write. In MyChatBot a Viber number, unlike a Viber bot, connects through the E-Chat Viber channel on the E-Chat.tech API. You set the MyChatBot webhook URL on the number in E-Chat and paste its API KEY and Phone under Channels, with no QR scan as in Personal WhatsApp. That leaves tone and memory.

The four layers
The assistant is built on one Agent configuration page. Role is the core instruction. Communication keeps tone and formatting rules apart from the script. The Toolkit connects the knowledge base, Contact Details, Client Context, Lead Management and Follow ups. Settings hold work hours and handoff rules. A saved change applies from the next Viber message.
Capturing your tone
Write the Communication card from how you really message: greetings, sentence length, formality. The Short and concise answers style suits fast messenger chats. E-Chat Viber waits 30 seconds by default before replying, so rapid-fire messages get one answer, and long answers are split into chunks. Check it in a real Viber chat: link and paragraph settings do not show in the Test Dialog.
Memory that spans conversations
The agent builds every reply from the Viber thread, but lasting memory sits on the client card. Contact Details and Client Context keep name, phone, email and fields you define, such as budget, shared across channels for that client. After Clear chat history, anything not saved there is gone. And unlike a Viber bot, which the client must write to first, E-Chat Viber can start a conversation with a client whose phone is saved.
What silently burns credits, and shipping it
Every reply counts toward your plan’s AI messages, Test Dialog included. Turn on Strip knowledge base results from history and move long texts into Dynamic skills. Set Handoff Control: a stop word or implicit handoff, plus silent handoff. Operator replies on E-Chat Viber carry a Manager: prefix. Flight Control links a Telegram group where your team can give the assistant tasks. More on human handoff.
