Connect your SalesDrive account to a MyChatBot sales assistant, and it creates and updates deals on its own while it talks to customers. The contact, products, source and a link back to the chat arrive with each deal.
SalesDrive CRM is a native integration in MyChatBot. You connect it to a sales assistant with your SalesDrive domain and an API key, and from then on that assistant can create and update deals in your SalesDrive account during a conversation, with no human step in between.
The integration works with one entity type, Deals: sales in progress with their contact and products attached. You decide which deal fields the assistant may fill, from the standard SalesDrive fields and your own custom fields.
Each new deal carries:
MyChatBot also keeps a copy of each deal with its amount for its own analytics.
Once SalesDrive is connected, the assistant gets two tools. Every field you enable in Entities & Data Fields Configuration becomes a field it can fill.
Creates a new deal. The only required parameter is full_name. The assistant can also pass phone, payment_method, shipping_method, shipping_address, email, company, any custom fields you enabled, and products, where each item has name, costPerItem and amount, plus optional description, discount and sku. In the same step MyChatBot creates the contact, links the deal to it, adds the products, attaches the chat link and stamps the source.
Updates an existing deal: full_name, phone, Status and any enabled custom fields. Setting a new Status moves the deal to that stage of the pipeline.
No code is needed. You write the rules in plain language in the assistant’s instructions (Role, Skills & Communication): for example, create a deal once the customer has given a name and phone and chosen a product, and move it to a stage such as Closed Won after payment. The assistant maps them to SalesDrive actions. New deals land in the default pipeline assigned to that assistant.
The integration belongs to the assistant, not a channel, so a chat on any Sales Platform channel connected to it can end in a SalesDrive deal:
Whichever channel it came from, the chat link on the deal leads a manager back to the conversation.
A manager can then pick up from the deal and its chat link.
Then add deal rules to the instructions and test with a message on a connected channel. The walkthrough is in the SalesDrive CRM integration guide; general principles are in the integrations overview.
Deals. The SalesDrive integration works with the Deals entity. When the agent calls create_crm_deal, MyChatBot also creates the contact, links the deal to it and adds the products.
When creating a deal: full_name (required), phone, payment_method, shipping_method, shipping_address, email, company, products and the custom fields you enabled. When updating with edit_crm_deal: full_name, phone, Status and custom fields. The agent fills the fields you enable in Entities & Data Fields Configuration.
The Source field is set automatically to AI- plus your assistant’s name, and each deal gets a comment with a link back to the conversation that created it.
The Status must match a status in your SalesDrive account exactly. After changing pipeline stages, click Sync statuses so the agent works with the current list. Moving a card on the MyChatBot Leads board does not move the deal in SalesDrive.
The pricing page lists SalesDrive under CRM & ERP integrations in the Pro plan, at $99/month or $89/month billed annually. Multipro includes everything in Pro, and Corporate everything in Multipro. On the Standard plan the integration card is marked PRO.
