About the role
Enterprise customers make up a small share of our accounts but a large share of our revenue. They need attention, expertise and a partner who understands their business.
You'll own a book of 10-20 enterprise accounts, run quarterly business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and be the trusted advisor on AI strategy.
This isn't a sales role disguised as CS. You'll spend most of your time helping customers succeed, but you'll also see opportunities to expand and act on them.
What you'll do
Onboard new enterprise customers (10-20 in your book)
Run quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions
Be the technical-business bridge between customer and product team
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities; partner with sales on closing
Capture and surface feedback to the product team
What we're looking for
3+ years B2B SaaS customer success (preferably enterprise)
