Customer Success Manager

Onboard and grow our enterprise accounts. Help teams set up agents, integrations and outreach campaigns that convert.

About the role

Enterprise customers make up a small share of our accounts but a large share of our revenue. They need attention, expertise and a partner who understands their business.

You'll own a book of 10-20 enterprise accounts, run quarterly business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and be the trusted advisor on AI strategy.

This isn't a sales role disguised as CS. You'll spend most of your time helping customers succeed, but you'll also see opportunities to expand and act on them.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new enterprise customers (10-20 in your book)
  • Run quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions
  • Be the technical-business bridge between customer and product team
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities; partner with sales on closing
  • Capture and surface feedback to the product team

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years B2B SaaS customer success (preferably enterprise)
  • Technical aptitude, comfortable demoing API, integrations, agent setup
  • Strong English (C1+) and ideally Ukrainian or Russian
  • Empathetic, organized, follow-through obsessed
  • Bonus: experience with AI/automation tools
