Klinika+ runs 12 clinics across Eastern Europe. They wanted AI patient assistants for appointment booking, prep instructions and post-visit follow-up. Compliance was non-negotiable, patient data is regulated.
Compliance first
The first two weeks were entirely compliance work. We architected the deployment so patient data never leaves Klinika's region. Every interaction is audit-logged. PII redaction runs at multiple layers.
We also did a security review with their compliance team, including a penetration test on the deployed system.
Clinic-by-clinic rollout
Weeks 3-4 were rollout. We deployed to a pilot clinic first, ran for a week, then rolled to the rest in batches of 3. Each batch took a day; the whole thing finished on schedule.
What changed
65% fewer no-shows. 100% audit-log coverage. Zero compliance incidents in 6 months of operation. Patient satisfaction scores up 1.4 points on a 5-point scale.
