What is the Follow-Up Module

Most B2B leads need 5-7 touches before they convert. Most sales reps follow up 1-2 times. The Follow-Up Module bridges that gap automatically, your AI agent reaches back out at the right moments with the right messages.

It works by tracking lead engagement signals (last message, last reply, last website visit) and triggering personalized follow-up sequences.

Design your sequence

A well-designed sequence has 5-7 messages spread over 2-3 weeks. Each message should add value, not just nudge.

Day 1: Initial outreach (you've already done this)

Day 3: Quick follow-up with new info or angle

Day 7: Case study or social proof relevant to their need

Day 14: Question, open-ended, low-pressure

Day 21: Final check-in with a soft farewell

Let AI personalize each message

Don't write rigid scripts. Give the AI context, the lead's industry, role, what they asked about, where they got stuck, and let it write the message.

Stop conditions

Always set stop conditions, when the AI should stop following up:

→ Lead replies (obvious, but make sure this is configured)

→ Lead unsubscribes or asks to stop

→ Deal becomes Won or Lost in CRM

→ Sequence completes (don't loop forever)
