The Service is provided by MYCHATBOT CORP, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. The platform is available at mychatbot.app, with related products including ProjectAI (ai-project.app) and UGC Studio (ugc.mychatbot.app).

What the platform does

MyChatBot lets businesses build AI agents, “digital employees”, and automate work across sales, marketing, support, and operations, with connections to messaging channels and business applications. AI features are powered by our own technology and by third-party model providers acting as subprocessors.

Hosting & data location

The Service runs on cloud infrastructure in the United States and the European Union. Customer Content may be processed in those regions and accessed from other locations to operate and support the Service. See the DPA and Subprocessors page.
