The challenge

• Smarter slot suggestions, the Schedule Optimizer Agent proposes time slots based on staff availability and travel, smoothing out the overbooked/idle swings and cutting cross-city waste.
• Recurring services managed actively, the agent sets up and maintains recurring cleans, using Follow-ups to confirm and adjust each cycle so repeat revenue stops leaking.
• Confirmed slots on the calendar, bookings write into Google Calendar, giving crews a clean, conflict-free schedule.
• Exceptions to a human, special requests or problems route to the office via Hand-off Control, with Flight Control flagging anything urgent.
