Building a High-Converting Outreach

What good outbound looks like

Outbound that converts isn't about volume, it's about hitting the right person with the right message at the right time. We'll cover all three.

Build target segments

Don't blast 10,000 people with the same message. Build 5-10 segments of 200-1,000 people each, with messages tuned per segment.

Common segmentation axes: industry, company size, role, stage of interest, geography, language.

Throttle sends to stay under spam thresholds

Sending too fast triggers spam filters. We default to 60 messages/hour per channel, but adjust based on your domain reputation.

Pro tip: warm up new channels gradually. Start at 20/hour for the first week.
