About the role
We're looking for a product manager who deeply understands AI products, what makes them magical, what makes them creepy, and what makes them stick.
You'll own the roadmap for our AI agent platform, from agent builder UX to skill marketplace to multi-agent orchestration. You'll work closely with research, engineering and design.
This is the highest-leverage product role at MyChatBot. The roadmap you ship is what 100k+ businesses use every day.
What you'll do
Own the AI agents product roadmap end-to-end
Define crisp problem statements and ship in 2-week cycles
Partner with research on what's possible vs what's polished
Run user research with founders, ops leads and developers
Set and track quality, latency and adoption metrics
Write spec documents that engineering can build from directly
What we're looking for
5+ years product management at a B2B SaaS or platform company
Hands-on with at least one LLM integration (production or side project)
Strong written communication, your specs will travel further than you
Comfortable diving into data (SQL or BI tools)
Experience shipping for technical users (developers, ops, marketing)
