About the role
Most of our customers spend the majority of their day inside our dashboard. The agent builder, chat panel and analytics are where the product lives. You'll ship them.
We use React, TypeScript and a custom design system. We care a lot about performance, every load is measured, every interaction is smooth.
You'll work directly with our senior designer, with very short feedback loops and high autonomy on implementation details.
What you'll do
Ship product surfaces from spec to production
Translate design directly to clean, performant React components
Own performance budgets, keep TTI under 1.5s
Contribute to and evolve our design system
Help shape the product direction with strong taste
What we're looking for
4+ years shipping React in production
Expert in TypeScript, comfortable with build tooling (Vite, Next, etc.)
Strong CSS, you can build complex layouts without leaning on libraries
