Senior Designer

About the role

AI products often feel cold or scary. Ours shouldn't. You'll set the tone, visually, interaction-wise, brand-wise.

You'll design our agent builder, dashboard, chat interfaces, marketing site and everything in between. We have a small design team (you'd be the second hire), so the surface area is huge.

We don't ship pixel-perfect mockups and hand them off. You'll work directly with engineers, prototype in code if you can, and own polish in production.

What you'll do

• Design product surfaces from research to ship
• Evolve our design system with engineering
• Set the visual identity for new product areas
• Work directly with the founder on brand direction
• Mentor and review work from contractors

What we're looking for

• 6+ years product design at a B2B SaaS or consumer product
• Strong portfolio with shipped product, not just concept work
• Expert in Figma, design systems, prototyping
• Care deeply about typography, interaction details, motion
• Bonus: can prototype interactions in code
