Before you start: 3 things to have ready
Connecting your personal WhatsApp takes about five minutes. Have three things ready: the phone with your number, a few examples of how you actually reply (so the assistant nails your tone), and your services and rates. A focused assistant in your voice beats a clever generic one.
Step 1, Connect your number
In MyChatBot, open Channels and pick WhatsApp Personal. Link your number and authorize, the capability discovery step, where the platform learns what it may do for you. Connection is quick, and every incoming message now reaches your assistant instead of waiting for you.
Step 2, Set your tone and Knowledge Base
Add a few real reply examples so the system layer captures your voice, then upload your services, rates and FAQs as Business Domain docs. This is the assistant's memory and personality: it answers from facts, in a tone people recognize as yours, with Agentic Search pulling only what is needed.
Step 3, Wire CRM, calendar and hand-off
Connect your CRM, KeyCRM, SalesDrive, Kommo, HubSpot and more, so the assistant runs create_crm_lead and add_crm_client_contact with a chat link. Add Google Calendar for call bookings. Then set Hand-off Control: the stop-word, conditions and silent hand-off, with Flight Control pinging you in Telegram. This is permission scoping, how far the assistant acts before it gets you.
Step 4, Test, schedule, go live
Send a few test messages from another phone, let the Configuration Wizard battle-test the instruction, and confirm it sounds like you. Set the Agent On schedule, many people run it after-hours only, with graceful degradation if anything is down, turn it on, and relax. Five minutes to connect; the payoff is never leaving a client on read again.
