AI triggers, not blasts
A trigger fires a broadcast on behavior or attributes, a segment hit a milestone, a cohort went quiet, a region opened a store. Instead of "send to all", you define the condition and the agent sends the right variant to the right people, connected to your CRM segments.
Per-region routing and template variants
One broadcast can carry several language and offer variants. The agent picks the right one per recipient by region and history, so a Kyiv subscriber and a Warsaw subscriber each get the message that fits, without three separate campaigns.
Where broadcasts meet conversations
