The Knowledge Base is a central component of your AI agent, providing it with access to business information and product data needed to process customers effectively.

Understanding knowledge base types

Each agent requires a knowledge base connection through the Configuration tab. There are two primary categories of knowledge:

  1. Business Knowledge, operational information that managers and staff typically know
  2. Product Knowledge, inventory and product-related information
