With this release, MyChatBot adds AI triggers on top: broadcasts that segment, route by region, and adapt their template per audience, all automatically.
AI triggers, not blasts
A trigger fires a broadcast based on behavior or attributes, a segment hit a milestone, a region opened a new store, a cohort went quiet. Instead of "send to all", you define the condition and the agent sends the right variant to the right people. The logic lives in your agent's instruction and connects to your CRM segments.
Per-region routing and template variants
For multi-market teams, one broadcast can carry several language and offer variants. The agent picks the variant per recipient based on region and history, so a Kyiv subscriber and a Warsaw subscriber get the right message, without you building three separate campaigns.
