From 200 leads to 60k Messenger contacts: one brand, three AI agents

Starting point: 200 leads and a flooded Page

The retailer had a busy Facebook Page and a tiny sales team. Roughly 200 active leads was the ceiling, past that, threads got dropped, comments went unanswered, and ad spend leaked into a inbox nobody could keep up with. They did not need more ads. They needed to stop losing the demand they already had.

They deployed three MyChatBot agents: a top-of-funnel agent that handled comments and Lead Ads, a sales agent that closed in Messenger, and a support agent for post-purchase. Each had a focused role and shared one Knowledge Base, so the brand voice stayed consistent from first comment to delivery question.

Comment-to-DM at scale

The biggest unlock was comment-to-DM. Every "how much?" under a post got a public reply and a private thread, automatically, day and night. What used to be 200 manageable leads became tens of thousands of conversations, each one captured as a CRM lead with a chat link, none of them dropped.

Omnichannel: Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, one CRM
